The CFMSE Retreat will be held at the incredible Amarula Estates in Ormond Beach, FL. Please take a moment to check out this amazing property (website) designed and built (yes, built!) by one of the VCMS member physicians. There is plenty to do during the day - kayaking and paddle boarding; shopping close by at the Tanger Outlets; tours at the Speedway; relaxation at the beach; or a "spa" and pub (yes, you read that right!) right on the property! We can relax together or take a few moments for ourselves —You deserve it!
Thursday night is a trip down the river to a local eatery and Friday night is an evening-at-home dinner enhanced by a healthy living presentation (red wine IS healthy!), a cooking demonstration and eating fest. The retreat promises to live up to its name — it will be a time for us to escape, relax, get to know one another better, and enjoy the people who make up this wonderful organization.
Check-in Thursday after 3:00PM; Check-out by 10:00AM.
Please pay by credit card HERE or send your check for the non-refundable deposit made payable to CFMSE for $200 today to reserve your place at 2020 Dream Retreat! The deposit is due by 11-23-19. The $200 will be applied toward the final per person accounting.
